Manage Subscriptions

Your M Cubed Account allows you to manage your app subscriptions without needing to contact M Cubed support. Find out how to view and update your subscriptions below.

View Subscription
  1. Log into your M Cubed Account
  2. Click on Manage Subscription on the subscription you wish to view
View Receipts
  1. Log into your M Cubed Account
  2. Click on Manage Subscription on the subscription you wish to view the receipts of
  3. Find the receipt you want to view in the bottom right in the Payments section
  4. Click View Receipt
Update Billing Details
  1. Log into your M Cubed Account
  2. Click on Manage Subscription on the subscription you wish to update the billing details of
  3. Click Update Billing Info to be taken to Paddle
  4. Follow the instructions to update your billing info
Cancel Subscription
  1. Log into your M Cubed Account
  2. Click on Manage Subscription on the subscription you wish to cancel
  3. Click Cancel Subscription
  4. Click Continue to be taken to Paddle
  5. Click Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription
