Changing Password

Your M Cubed Account is protected by a password. We recommend using a unique and secure password for your account. You can change your password using the instructions below.

Change Your Password
  1. Log into your M Cubed Account
  2. Go to the Profile page using the navigation in the top right
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter your new password
  5. Enter your new password again
  6. Click Change Password
Reset Forgotten Password
  1. Go to https://mcubedsw.com/forgot_password in your browser
  2. Enter the email address for your M Cubed Account
  3. Click Send Email
  4. Check your email inbox for a message title "M Cubed Account - Forgotten Password Reset"
  5. Click on the link in the email
  6. Enter your new password in the Password field
  7. Enter your new password again in the Confirm Password field
  8. Click Reset Password
